Where There's Trust There's Respect

Have you ever trusted anyone so badly than yourself that when they betray you; you totally feel heartbroken??💘💘
Some of us may have experienced and some of us may not yet. The person whom you respect with all your hearts in and take that person as  an idol is unlikely to break down your trust.

 You devote your heart and soul , every second of your life to impress that person.😳😳 You want to make sure that everything is fine around that person. You make sure not even a single mistake shall occur in front of that particular person.

You spend years just to make that particular person happy. You don't want to see that person offended. You are not ' you ' whenever you are around that person. You are afraid to speak frankly just because of his anger and tantrums.😑😑


You think every word that person speaks is true. You defend that particular person even if others are making fun of that person. You have so much of faith in that person. You can never imagine of any wrongdoing that person can ever commit. You spend every bit of effort  in any way be it business or be it studies to make that person happy.😌😌
You are one of your best self just to prove that person. In fact you are committed to providing high quality of work results to make sure of the particular company or person climb up the hills of success. You are really hard working. You spend long late sleepless nights just to prove that very person.😨😨

But when you're are not well and you fail to perform as you have been performing your best; that person doesn't trust your performance. He doubts your real issues. He doesn't support you for the problem you have been facing. He instead seeks another option in place of you. He behaves as if we ever existed. He forgets each and every effort we ever made. 🥺🥺He forgets our dedication, hardwork and respect we ever gave. He forgets you in an instant. Even if we make an effort to convince that person to support us during our hard times, that person is deaf to hear in favour of our causes. That particular person literally forgets because of OUR hard effort he is able to become successful. He forgets he climbed on the steps we made it possible to reach that hype of honour.😤😤

That person maybe an employer or a teacher. That person maybe an influencer or an owner of a company. That person maybe anyone of high status in the society!!!


Why would people behave so differently in an instant when you fail to accomplish any task?? It's better to give them advises and suggestions for uplifting their demoralised state rather than taunting and humiliating them.

Every student inside a classroom is  different.  They have different talents. There are students who comes first and there are students who are last. But it's unfair to treat them the same way. They should be treated  according to their level of understanding. Teachers should not over praise the first and under praise the last student. They ought to be  treated within the required boundaries and limits so that the first student don't get overwhelmed and the last depressed.

Both students respect their teachers according to the responses they receive. If they are unwanted and not cared they too don't give a damn. Students work hard just to impress their teachers. They put their every possible effort just to hear some words of praise from their teachers.Every student inside the classroom have their own worth and values.

On the other hand, teachers must encourage their students to move along the right direction and teach them how it is achieved.💯💯

Each and every employee inside a company is important. Be it a janitor or be it a CEO. Be it a security guard or be it a high post manager. We have to respect each and every employee not according to the position of their work but because of the justice they make to their level of work. If any one of the employee is absent even for a day the company fails to run smoothly.

Before an employee or students or a boss  every one of us are a HUMANS. Every one of us deserve respect and gratitude. 


Let's not judge every  people around us just because of the position they are in. Let's not underlook those in threadbare clothes and overlook those in a classy uniform.
Respect every human being for what they are and who they are. 


It's always good if people change for something better. So, let's change our attitude towards different types of people in our society. Even if you are the boss let's treat every employee in your company with an impressive smile.🙂🤗 And see how your company or your work flourishes.😉😉
