INTRODUCTION:
The 5 AM Club is a concept started by Robin Sharma where one wakes up at 5 AM for a minimum continuously for 66 days for doing twenty-minutes exercise, twenty-minutes planning and twenty-minutes study. It's a great concept that everyone is to acknowledge for a better life.
It's a fiction story of 4 main characters. A Spellbinder, Billionaire Mr Riley, Male Artist (A professional painter) and a Women entrepreneur.
The 5 am club is however a fictional story of these four characters. All four of them have some problems ongoing in their lives and meet up at the common event of the Spellbinder.
The tag line of 'The 5 am Club' "own your morning, elevate your life" alone invigorates your stamina and strength you feel like owning it right away. It puts you in control of your day and cultivates self-discipline.
It is said it takes 66 days to instill a new habit so the author urges you to sow and cultivate these habits for continuous 66 days.
It illustrates how great geniuses, business titans, moguls, tycoons and the world’s greatest legends start their mornings to produce significant achievements.
This book gives you the little-known formula you can use instantly to wake up early feeling inspired and focused with a fiery drive to get the most out of each day and out of your cosy bed.
It also provides us with scientific evidence which is why I am so attracted to the book.
A neuroscience-based practise proven to help make it easy to rise while most people are sleeping, giving you precious time for yourself to think, express your creativity and begin the day peacefully instead of being rushed. You will have plenty of time for everything.
ANALYSIS:
The 5 AM concept is something most people have been wanting to do for some time. As the daily routine of almost every people around the world has been affected by the lockdown and the quarantine due coronavirus virus pandemic, getting up at 5 AM has been an arduous task. You need a very strong motive to wake up at 5 AM which this book is the best motivation.
He rigorously exhorts the readers to Get up at the same time, every day to build consistency and to continue it even on the weekends. He instructs us to Use the 20/20/20 rule to Schedule your 5 am-6 am.
This book includes a lot of examples and stories that revolve around the four major characters.
CRITICISM:
The only problem here is people ought to leave the routine after they find it hectic. They find their morning routine has affected their day jobs and suffer from insomnia, drowsiness, headache. They become cantankerous, irascible and moody due to lack of sleep. They won't be any productive. It's not that every working-class have a similar daily routine. Some of them need to work till late midnight and longer. So waking up at 5 AM becomes a little harsh for their physical and mental health. They'll suffer from self-imposed jet lag, and because of the consequences, they'll come to despise waking up early.
Though it's the main theme is a simple, ordinary message to help people wake up early; it is stretched to an unimaginably inordinate degree where the weak plot already is elaborated to an extent of being bland and tasteless.
MY CLOSING THOUGHTS:
If you are wanting for days to make yourself wake up at 5 in the morning you really would want to go through the book. You wish to go to a gym to have a perfect body, you are planning to go daily morning walk or plan a daily routine. The morning time is the perfect time where you are undisturbed and at peace. This routine is sure to elevate your life to an extent beyond your imagination.
HAPPY READING💕💞
