INTRODUCTION:
This self-help book is mostly focused on the experiences of more than 1000 people of then America who was successful in earning a great fortune. Hill studied their habits to be applied to achieve success. He has encouraged the readers to re-read and re-discuss the book again and again till they are well acquainted with all the 14 steps towards riches. They are the 14 principles in the form of a "Philosophy of Achievement". If you are unable to fulfil even one of the mentioned principles you are going downhill slowly away from the goal you have set up. So the author urges the readers to have faith and desire towards certain goals. But you have to have persistence and a vigorous positive attitude. In doing so he corroborates the title by providing several examples of various successful companies established and their struggles. Hill draws on stories of Andrew Carnegie, Thomas Edison, Henry Ford, and other millionaires of his generation to illustrate his principles.
ANALYSIS:
I am sure I am gonna read the book one more time. The author himself has told the readers strictly to go through the principles again and again until you have strictly abide by all the steps towards success.
This is so charismatic and captivating. It is so interesting to go through the book as it is being developed in the form of a story. And the story of the most successful leaders and entrepreneurs.
This book contains the secret, after having been put to a practical test by thousands of people, in almost every walk of life.
This book was published in 1937, during the Great Depression but still in demand in today's world as the best motivational and self-help book.
This book is not only focused on how to get rich. It's about how to conquer your mind and do things that were not possible without controlling your mind.
The book is not too lengthy or nor too short. You will be engrossed in thinking immediately after you have finished reading.
It's clearly not about what to do to become rich. Where to invest or what business to start up with. It's neither tells about the economy or GDP of rich countries or rich people. It just tells you to use your mind as a powerful asset to make a better decision in any sort of field you are thinking of investing in.
CRITICISM:
I didn't find anything worth criticising. This book is way too convincing. The author provides proof and evidence to support his every statement from real-life experiences of millionaires and billionaires. There's no way you can contradict it.
If you are facing a business fiasco or trapped in a job you dislike it has nothing to do with your luck. But surely luck some percentage of role to play in everything you do. Even if you work hard day and night and try your best to have the best outcomes but still have a crisis of fortune that is a situation to be concerned about. Just pouring your blood sweat and tears into something unproductive and having difficulty in getting out of it is one of the heated agendas around the globe. It would be so much better if the author had included it as well.
If you are thinking this is a" get rich quick book" that you just THINK of living in a bungalow with all the riches and fortunes and what you have in your reality is nothingness. These dreams do come true in fairy tales but not in a real life. So you just don't think and grow rich, you do and grow rich.
MY CLOSING THOUGHTS:
This is one of the best books of all time and people around the globe must read it at least once in their lifetime. This is the must-read book just to boost your confidence and arouse the hidden energy in you. Because you have already in you to make it to your goals and everything you desire. What you just need is a little spark of hope to visualise within yourself. And that spark that helps you to become a fire is none other than THINK AND GROW RICH.
If your subconscious mind is filled with all the negative thoughts your conscious mind is to behave the same. So you just need to think positive even in the hardest of times.
You have already been filled with all the powers that you need. All you need is persistence and a positive mindset.
You will have an improved mindset with all the positivity after you are done with the book.
So I wish whoever is reading this be filled with all the success that one deserves.
HAPPY READING💕
