Are you OK??....... I know...... 

Take a deep breath.....In and Out...Do it......1..2….Slower...3..4..5...........Feeling better........

Not??.......Repeat......A little better???...Not again???... Fine........

It's OK not to be OK?? 


I know you are hurt and you are all alone. You are probably not crying but you are doubting yourself; your worth. You are unaware of the purpose of your birth. You are confused to carry on with your daily monotonous routine. You are fed up. Your hard work is not paying off; goes against the traditional saying. You are underrated. You wish to speak your heart out but there's no one to listen to your DRAMAS… Even in a crowded room, you are all unattended. You are surrounded by people the whole time where your presence is disregarded. Felt that??


 That's surely the worst feeling ever. It's because no one cares. NO ONE CARES. 

So take a deep breath again and clear your head.NO ONE CARES AND YOU ARE THE ONE TO TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF.  


But that is just what life is. You live in a society that belongs to a group of so-called social animals. You are bounded by their rules and disciplines. And once you try crossing their boundaries you become the headline for gossip. So let them gossip and waste their energy on you. Chill out and drink a chilled glass of water. SMILE. Do it. You will feel much better. 


Excellent. You can not be OK the whole time...Just let it be. You are not responsible for everyone's happiness. It's fine. You are not God and it's not like you are not allowed to make mistakes. You are allowed to make as many mistakes as you can. Just learn from it. There are billions of people on earth and you are just one of them. So keep making mistakes just not to repeat them. It's fair.


There is always tomorrow. Night changes right? The beautiful sunshine awaits you tomorrow. Be prepared for tomorrow. But it's not as easy as said. You keep hovering over your past time and again. How much you say that you need to let go of your past; you can not… A slight occurrence right now might be tolerating you to recollect your awful past. It's not easy. And I doubt it will ever be easy. Of course, there are lots of motivational speeches and quotes just to remind you of your horrible past. WhOoooosh……



Listen to soothing and healing music. Forget the world and start jumping, start dancing. Do what cools you down. Drink lots of water. Meditate. I like ice cream so I eat them or lick them. Cools me down…Forget everything and focus on yourself. 



So people will notice your presence when you are either extraordinary or profitable to the group. Otherwise, NO ONE CARES. 

And I decided to take care of myself and stopped thinking about what OTHERS would say. Stop thinking about imperfections. People won't even notice. No one can ever be perfect. But you can be yourself. The decent and genuine YOU. SMILE AND  BE YOU; BE HAPPY.
