Where There's Trust There's Respect

Have you ever trusted anyone so badly than yourself that when they betray you; you totally feel heartbroken??πŸ’˜πŸ’˜ Some of us may have experienced and some of us may not yet. The person whom you respect with all your hearts in and take that person as  an idol is unlikely to break down your trust.  You devote your heart and soul , every second of your life to impress that person.😳😳 You want to make sure that everything is fine around that person. You make sure not even a single mistake shall occur in front of that particular person. You spend years just to make that particular person happy. You don't want to see that person offended. You are not ' you ' whenever you are around that person. You are afraid to speak frankly just because of his anger and tantrums.πŸ˜‘πŸ˜‘ You think every word that person speaks is true. You defend that particular person even if others are making fun of that person. You have so much of faith in that person. You can never imagine of any wrong...

SOME DIFFICULTIES OF PUTTING ON A MASK

Image
Life's   been changed since the start of Corona virus pandemic. The free lifestyle we used to live in is now been limited by an invisible enemy. It's even harder to return to the time as it was before and it's gonna last like forever and ever. Though the virus can some day be over but our fear  is gonna remain within us. And the most faithful friend of ours these days has become none other than THE MASK.😷😷😷 It is almost like 24/7 with us. Since we have been wearing this small piece of cloth like for seven months; of course we have been through one of the following situations at least ONCE. 1.Stale breath: After wearing for some hours our mask just stinks like uhhhhh.😡😡😡 It really does smell bad like something's rotten inside our mask. Even if we tend to chew some chewing gum to get rid of the smell; it just gets worse. πŸ₯΄πŸ₯΄πŸ₯΄ 2.Forgetting mask: We forget to put on a mask when we go outside oblivious to the fact that there's virus outside.  We are w...

Why should you not get angry? Some tips to have control over yourself.

Image
When I get angry  I wish to break and smash each and every object in front of me ( sometimes even people )into PIECES. πŸ‘ΊπŸ‘ΊAnd sometimes I do it as well. Otherwise I rush into the kitchen and eat whatever I find out. I eat until my anger runs out. I get so overly anxious that I  hurt myself unknowingly. It so happens that the wound doesn't hurt when you don't see it and suddenly it starts to hurt  when you  just have a look at it!!😳 When in anger we attempt to do the things we don't even dare do when we are sober. When we are angry the heart beat rate increases. As well as our  body temperature and breathing rates. Anger triggers the body's fight or flight response. It is also responsible for anxiety, high blood pressure and stress. It sometimes causes cardiovascular risk which can be really fatal. It has become one of the burning issues nowadays during this pandemic. Most of us have lost our jobs, daily wages of earning and are  facing a...

Corona virus would not have spread the way it is spreading in Nepal; If and only If.......

Image
The  pandemic case of Corona virus was first observed at Wuhan,China on the first week of January. During the time it was not considered fatal or dreadful. But as people started losing their lives because of the virus, there was implementation of lockdown.  It was not so much of a major concern for other countries then. However the spread of the virus was increasing day by day. But as soon as virus infected people started travelling from China to other parts of the world the situation was out of control. Scientists from all over the world started the study of the virus. Yet no vaccine is developed yet. Though some of the vaccines are ready for clinical trials. When a disease has no medicine  either your immune system has to be stronger or death is the only option!!! Concerning Nepal,Nepal is a smaller country with lesser population in comparison to other countries. Corona virus would have easily  come under control and its spread would have easily been prevent...

Should people interfere in others business?? Is it OK or not!

Image
β€ŒA  really annoying and irritating neighbor woman comes on a regular basis at your doorstep. You find each and every way possible to get out of her blabbers and raucous interference. πŸ˜“πŸ˜“πŸ˜“.However, she literally jumps in each and every task you perform. From the time you wake up till the time you go to bed . From how fast you have your shower to  how fast you manage to wash your clothes. What are you having for breakfast today???for lunch and obviously for dinner !!! She immensely criticizes to your little petty mistakes and COMPLAINS your guardian as if you have performed a Blunder. She complains  not only your guardian but the whole society!!!And what happens if your neighbor complains your guardian??😳😳 As for instance you are dressing as a college student ready to go to your college and she literally hangs in their like a shadow and doesn't feel a bit of a shame to ask WHERE are you up to???🀨🀨 Like its insane to be interfered  each and every secon...

Culture Vs Conflict

Image
By Sanjita Napit Whatever happened during the 'Rato Machhindranath   Jatra' is really  not acceptable. It's hideous. A clap is never possible with single hand. To hear that particular sound of a clap both your hands are required. Just to blame one group during chaos is not justifiable at all.BOTH groups are responsible. Rato Machhindranath jatra holds its own belief values and culture. The  local inhabitants of Lalitpur  celebrate this jatra for the sake of the welfare of the country and its government and its people, to protect the country from drought and is termed as giver of rain.It is the longest chariot procession in the country honoring the Buddhist deity. The route procession of the jatra starts from Pulchowk  and ends at Jawalakhel after the initiation of the making of 60 foot tall chariot. During this period of corona virus pandemic everyone around the world is afraid. They have fear of getting infected and fear of getting away from their lo...

Should you trust people during lockdown? Maybe not

By Sanjita Napit   The streets were almost empty. Actually void. Even stray dogs dared not move along the streets. I don't know what goes on with the humans!!!They think themselves immune to the so called 'corona' virus. Let me remind you that the streets were empty just for few hours of the midday.Dawn hits the city with streaming number of people roaming on the streets and alleys.   They actually detour with very genuine and valid reasons. - Buying groceries. - Fetching drinking water - Buying medicines. Which obviously is the most common answers.      The most interesting part:Morning and evening walks.I don't know how much people consume during this pandemic that they need to lose their weight!!! When lots of people are losing their jobs and don't have enough to eat.         It becomes very amusing to listen themselves saying"We have come to 'breathe in ' some fresh air." Obviously the morning mists are always fresh. But you don't need to ...
